そこで腸活には外部から摂取する応援隊となる腸内細菌が必要となるのですが代表例はビフィズス菌と乳酸菌です。
まず腸には小腸と大腸がありますが乳酸菌は小腸にビフィズス菌は大腸に届きます。

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and
screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched
