腸内細菌には善玉菌と悪玉菌さらにはどっちつかずの日和見菌がありこのサイレントマジョリティーは常に善玉菌悪玉菌の多数派に付くので善玉菌を増やして悪玉菌を減らせば腸内菌無党派層は一気に味方してくれます。
そこで腸活には外部から摂取する応援隊となる腸内細菌が必要となるのですが代表例はビフィズス菌と乳酸菌です。
まず腸には小腸と大腸がありますが乳酸菌は小腸にビフィズス菌は大腸に届きます。
どちらも大切で腸内フローラのバランスを考えながら日々のルーティンとして取り入れればお通じは改善されて行くはずです。

毎日5km走って筋トレして腸活ができてなければもったいないという所から私は2年前ぐらいから始めて体脂肪率の壁が越えるなど継続は力なりを改めて感じています。
